Since Amp&#8217;d is focussed on content it needs a very good user interface, but I didn&#8217;t expect it to bring the development of the interface in-house&#8230;although it makes sense. Although the acquisition was announced today, the description of Ninja Mobile at the bottom of the release states &#8220;Its development arm was acquired by Amp&#8217;d Mobile in July 2005&#8243;.<br />
The entertainment division of Ninja Mobile will continue to produce, aggregate and sell various mobile content.<br />
