The Organizing Committee asks the participants to send the following information by June 1, 2015

• the form of the participation (full-time or part-time);
• payment of the registration fee;
• the dates of your arrival and departure (flight number or train number);
• about accomodation in Ulan-Ude (do you need a hotel in Ulan-Ude, on which date);
• about accomodation on Lake Baikal (which room do you need in the camp “Rovesnik” or in the camp “Kumutkan”);
• do you plan to visit the Ivolginsk Datsan?
