Spencer Ackerman <a href="http://www.wired.com/dangerroom/2011/06/never-mind-the-drawdown-taliban-talks-not-troop-numbers-are-what-really-matter/" target="_self">isn&#39;t focused</a> on the exact number:</p> <blockquote> <p>What matters isn’t how many troops Obama withdraws this year, or next.
