<![CDATA[Delivery Information]]>We use Australia Post for all parcel deliveries, which are shipped from our Sydney warehouse. All parcels will be delivered to the provided address. Please ensure that you enter your address carefully at the time of ordering and will be present to take delivery personally. We will not be responsible for any shipments once Australia Post tracking shows packages as delivered.

Once an order is placed and payment is finalised, our dispatch process is automatically initiated and no cancellations are possible after this point.

Packages are typically shipped within 1 business day and tracking codes may be available 1 to 2 working days later. We will send you an email with tracking details if your email address was provided correctly. Please check your spam filter and junk email folders for any misplaced emails from us. In the event that you did not receive a tracking code, please contact support via our contact form and we can provide you with this information. Please be advised that shipments are not sent out on Saturdays, Sundays, or any Holidays.

Orders which selected and paid for the Fast Shipping, are sent via Australia Post Express eParcel and usually take 1-2 business days to CBD addresses. Regional addresses can take around a week.

Orders with the Free Economy Shipping are sent via Australia Post Regular eParcel and usually take around a week to CBDs, but can take between 1-2 weeks depending on shipping location. We highly recommend customers do not choose this shipping method.

Please note we can not guarantee any arrival dates or times, since we are heavily reliant on our shipping carriers and delivery times can vary significantly depending on the customer’s location. Please see our Terms and Conditions for detailed ordering terms.
