I plan to celebrate by donning my finest formal gown, Dale rented us a limo, and we are being whisked away for an evening of fun, dancing and toasting at midnight.
Ok, that’s a total lie.
I plan to stay in my house clothes and furry boot slippers, pop some popcorn and snuggle up to watch a movie with my hubby after the kids go to bed, hoping to stay awake to watch the ball drop, so I can kiss my hunny, wish him “Happy New Year’s”, and hit the hay! After all, my kids seem to get up at 6:45 no matter what Holiday it is…..Do they not get the sleeping in memo?!?!?!?
Such is my life, but I tell ya, hands down, I’d pick it every time! 🙂
