Chicago Mobster Michael C. “Jaws” Giorango

State Sen. Martin Sandoval (D-Cicero) gave a suspected sweetheart scolarship to Michael A. Giorango,  the son of  reputed Outfit linked  mobster  Michael C. “Jaws” Giorango,  who is a convicted Chicago mob bookie and loanshark– and was involved in the banking loan scandal of former state Treasurer Alexi Giannoulias during his campaign run for the vacant U.S. senate seat formerly held by Borack Obama, and eventually won by Mark Kirk.
