Francis “Cadillac Frank” Salemme, a former Mafia boss, has been arrested on a charge of murdering a witness, prosecutors said Wednesday.
Salemme is to appear in US District Court in Boston at 3 p.m. Wednesday, US Attorney Carmen M. Ortiz’s office said in a tweet.
