Through trial and error so far I&#8217;ve come to the conclusion of a few ways to help me throughout my day.</p>
<p>1. Wake up early and splash some cold water on your face</p>
<p>This helps to lengthen my day to get more done and the cold water helps to give you a bit of a shock to your system and leaves you refreshed!</p>
<p>2. Go to the gym in the morning</p>
<p>I&#8217;ve found that going to the gym before I start my day pumps me full of energy and endorphins to help beat tiredness.</p>
<p>3. Making lists</p>
<p>I feel that making a list of things that need to get done helps the brain from jumping everywhere and keeping it focused!</p>
