I’m Isabel Ishwari, originally from Luxembourg. With a longstanding travel and living-abroad history in Latin America, Asia (mainly Himalayas), UK and Europe, through the challenges of adapting and adjusting to different cultures, I have become more of a global citizen.

Yoga: to me is a deep practice for connecting with the core Self, and with lots of time spent in nature, it allows us to face our high-speed, high-pressure society with more peace of mind, and simply with more grounded lasting happiness. Yoga is an integral practice for physical, mental and spiritual balance.

Community: I enjoy sharing the practice with like-minded people or anyone willing to bring about change in their life for more truth and well-being.

I teach:

Hatha Yoga

Pranayama, breathing techniques

Meditation

Yoga Nidra, proper relaxation

walking meditation

kids yoga

pregnancy yoga

Thai yoga massage

workshops and retreat for well-being

The yoga practice started for me some 15 years ago and today I hold a 500hrs Hatha yoga teacher certificate, from India, Thailand, Paris and Nepal, in different techniques, but mainly following the Sivananda tradition and with a personal Ashtanga practice. The goal of my physical practice is always towards strengthening and deepening the sitting practice of concentration and meditation, that’s where the magic happens!
