ANICT has been involved in the setting up of two international organizations that aim to represent the interests of Post-Doctoral Researchers: the European Research Staff Association (EURSA) and the International Consortium of Research Staff Associations (ICoRSA).
In a preliminary meeting that took place during the EuroScience Open Forum (ESOF 2012), a vision for these consortia emerged, based on the professionalization of the research career across the world.
