I&#8217;ve intentionally avoided doing this for the big &#8220;encyclopedic&#8221; cookbooks, like <cite>Joy</cite>, which are more for reference than for inspiration, but I&#8217;m about halfway through the big glossy theme cookbooks with lots of pictures.
