I just voted for <a href="http://obamacto.uservoice.com/pages/general/suggestions/72264" target="_blank" title="">this suggestion</a> &#8211; &#8220;Require open access for publicly-funded research&#8221;.  You should vote for it as well and add a comment if you care about this issue (and I bet most of my readers do).<br />
