<b>Felice Frankel</b> is a <a href="http://www.felicefrankel.com/" target="_blank" title="">famous science photographer</a>. She works at Harvard University, Harvard Medical School&#8217;s Systems Biology, the Wyss Institute and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She is founder of the <a href="http://www.imageandmeaning.org/" target="_blank" title="">Image and Meaning</a> series of workshops and conferences and leads the NSF-funded program <a href="http://www.felicefrankel.com/projects.html" target="_blank" title="">Picturing to Learn</a>. She has published some <a href="http://www.felicefrankel.com/books.html" target="_blank" title="">amazing books</a> of science photography, including Envisioning Science, On the Surface of Things, and No Small Matter. At the conference, Felice will co-moderate the session on <a href="http://www.scienceonline2010.com/index.php/wiki/Art_and_Science:_Visual_Metaphors/" target="_blank" title="">Art and Science: Visual Metaphors</a>.<br />
<b>Jonathan Rees</b> is a <a href="http://sciencecommons.org/about/whoweare/rees/" target="_blank" title="">computer scientist</a>. He is the <a href="http://sciencecommons.org/" target="_blank" title="">Science Commons</a> (part of <a href="http://creativecommons.org/" target="_blank" title="">Creative Commons</a>) representative to the W3C Heath Care and Life Sciences Interest Group and, together with others at <a href="http://neurocommons.org/page/Main_Page" target="_blank" title="">Neurocommons</a> is involved in <a href="http://sciencecommons.org/projects/data/" target="_blank" title="">building a Semantic Web</a>. At the conference, Jonathan will lead the session <a href="http://www.scienceonline2010.com/index.php/wiki/Shakespeare/" target="_blank" title="">Shakespeare wasn&#8217;t a semantic web guy</a>.<br />
<b>Kathleen Angione</b> is the Science Communications Fellow at <a href="http://www.ncseagrant.org/" target="_blank" title="">North Carolina Sea Grant</a> and the North Carolina State University Department of English. She is the senior editor of <a href="http://www.ncseagrant.org/home/coastwatch?view=home" target="_blank" title="">Coastwatch</a> magazine.<br />
<b>Roy Campbell</b> is the director of exhibits at the <a href="http://naturalsciences.org/" target="_blank" title="">North Carolina Museum of Natural Sciences</a> in Raleigh. He will, as he does every year, take a group of participants on a tour of the Museum.<br />
<b>Kristian Lum</b> is a <a href="http://www.stat.duke.edu/~kcl12/Welcome.html" target="_blank" title="">PhD student in statistics</a> at <a href="http://fds.duke.edu/db/aas/stat/students/kristian.lum" target="_blank" title="">Duke</a>.
