<p>At least in the context of the SEC East, that &#8220;cupboard is bare&#8221; excuse really isn&#8217;t going to fly, even taking into account what happened to the 2013 class.</p>
<p>And as far as the future goes, note that Georgia is only one of two SEC teams that managed to sign their best-ranked classes in 2017.</p>
