<p>On Monday, Sept. 25, at home, Ottawa JV was supposed to travel here, and the visitors did not show up.</p>
<p>On Friday, Sept. 22, at home Butler swept Pratt, (25-8, 25-16, 25-18). In the second set of thePratt contest Butler led with a 12-point streak, which ended at 24-12.</p>
<p>Aliyah Bernard led the game with 11 kills, followed by Andie Nibarger with 14 digs.<br />
Butler continued their winning ways on Monday, Sept. 18. The Butler Grizzlies volleyball<br />
team beat Friends JV, 3-0 (25-8, 25-18, 25-16).</p>
<p>Freshman Hanna Stuewe led with 16 kills, followed by freshman, Braylon Daniels who had 14 kills.</p>
<p>“We had a great game, they had a lot of fun, and we were able to get a lot of girls in the game, and it was a huge confidence level boost,” Coach Rick Younger said. “They knew they thought they could beat them, but they still played hard.</p>
<p>On Friday, Sept. 15, Grizzlies volleyball traveled to Dodge City and took a win against Dodge City (22-25, 25-12, 25-22, 15-9). Freshman Claudia Hess led with 15 kills, followed by Abby Goodrum with 18 digs.</p>
<p>They took a win against Independence at the Dodge City Invite (25-15, 25-10, 22-25, 25-10). Aliyah Barnard led the game with 13 kills.</p>
<p>On Saturday, Sept. 16, They took a win against Allen County (25-4, 25-10, 25-23). Hess led with eight kills, followed by Goodrum with 12 digs.</p>
<p>The Grizzlies won over Labette, also at the Dodge City Invite (25-18, 25-10, 25-19).<br />
Sophomore Brooke Fender led with 10 kills, followed by Nicole Klusener having 14 digs.<br />
Butler volleyball has remained undefeated at home for this season, with a streak of winning eight games in a row.</p>
