<p>Butler Grizzlies baseball success road continues, as they strive towards more victories.<br />
On Thursday, March 29, the Grizzlies traveled to Seward County for a double-header. They took a victory in the first game, 7-6.</p>
<p>Freshman Javier Pena, sophomores Conner Hurst and Jackson Soule all had doubles in the first game, followed by sophomore Alex Brough with a home-run for the Grizzlies in the first.</p>
<p>In the second game, Butler lost 8-7. Pena had a double, and a home-run was blasted by Hurst.</p>
<p>On Saturday, March 31, Butler had a double-header at home against Seward County. Butler took a victory in the first game, 2-1, with the help of a home-run by Hurst.<br />
In the second game, the Grizzlies continued with a sweep and won 14-7, with two doubles, one by freshman Patrick Bethea, followed by sophomore Mason Goade and a home-run by Pena.</p>
<p>On Thursday, April 5, Butler traveled to Colby for a double-header. In the first game Butler lost 14-5, with a double by Soule. In the second game, Butler lost 9-2.</p>
<p>On Saturday, April 7, the Grizzlies had a double-header at home, against Colby. Butler won 5-4 in the first game with two doubles, one by Pena, followed by Hurst, also with the help of a home-run by freshman Joshua Cox.</p>
<p>In the second game, Butler continued with a victory sweep, 14-6, with two doubles, one by Hurst, followed by Brough. They also had two home-runs to top the game by Pena and Hurst.</p>
<p>In 35 games, the Grizzlies has had 40 home-runs, 302 runs, a .312 batting average and a .413 on base percentage.</p>
<p>Butler Grizzlies continue to strive for their victories, now putting their record at 24-12 overall, and 16-8 in the Jayhawk Conference.</p>
