Leadership is someone pointing to the border and saying, &#8220;That&#8217;s where I draw the line.&#8221; Leadership is someone pointing to the Constitution and saying, &#8220;And here&#8217;s the law of the land.&#8221; Right now you wouldn&#8217;t know leadership if it snuck up and bit you in the horse you rode in on.</p>
