(And I add, parenthetically, that &#8220;the general welfare&#8221; isn&#8217;t allowed.)<br />
So, naturally, I think <a href="http://www.tenthamendmentcenter.com/2007/12/19/support-the-enumerated-powers-act/" target="_blank">this is a terrific idea</a>. I hope Shadegg has success with it.</p>
