Here&#8217;s a brilliant idea:</p>
<blockquote><p>No one should be able to vote their own paycheck. Government-employee unions should be legally restricted from engaging in any kind of political activity. If not, it is only a matter of time before civil servants become civil masters.</p></blockquote>
<p>As long as their members work at public schools, teachers unions <em>are</em> government-employee unions. Of course, now that we&#8217;re past the tipping point, it&#8217;ll be impossible to pass such a law here. Keep an eye on California. We&#8217;re going to crash and burn in the next four years. Leading the country as usual.</p>
