He lays out five reasons why, then summarizes:</p>
<blockquote><p>In short, Learned Hand once said that he feared a lawsuit more than death or taxes. With good lawyering from the defendants (which I&#8217;m sure their <em>(sic)</em> going to get), ACORN is about to find out what Hand meant. ACORN has very little to gain and a lot to lose.</p></blockquote>

<p><a href="http://corner.nationalreview.com/post/?q=ZmM3NjAzNjFkYjY5YzFjNzA0YTY0MWMxZWUwYmViY2Q=" target="_blank">This lawyer</a> points out that the open conference room door, plus the presence of the ACORN droid&#8217;s pen and paper, means the Maryland statute wasn&#8217;t violated in any case and says the sute should be &#8220;summarily dismissed and ACORN should cease its dishonorable recrimination.&#8221;</p>
