É uma excelente opção de prato vegetariano.</p>
<p>A única alteração que fiz em relação à receita original foi acrescentar uma batata doce média descascada e cortada em cubos ao mesmo tempo que as rodelas de cenoura. De resto, fiz exatamente igual e ficou muito saboroso.</p>

<p><strong>Ingredientes (4- 6 pessoas):</strong></p>

<li>2 dentes de alho</li>
<li>55 g de azeite</li>
<li>280 g de cebola</li>
<li>1 alho-francês (só a parte branca – 150 g)</li>

<li>300 g de cenoura</li>

<li>200 g de cogumelos frescos inteiros</li>

<p>Coloque no copo os dentes de alho e pique 5 segundos na velocidade 7. Com a ajuda da espátula, faça descer o alho que ficou preso nas paredes do copo.</p>
<p>Acrescente o azeite, junte as cebolas cortadas aos quadrados, o alho-francês às rodelas e a folha de louro e programe 5 minutos, a 100°C, velocidade 2 na Rotação Inversa.</p>
<p>Adicione as cenouras às rodelas e programe 6 minutos, a 100°C, velocidade 2 na Rotação Inversa. Entretanto, corte as curgetes em quatro partes no sentido longitudinal e, posteriormente, aos quadrados. Junte-as ao preparado que está no copo e regule 4 minutos, a 100°C, velocidade 2 na Rotação Inversa.</p>
<p>Acrescente os cogumelos cortados em quartos, o vinho, as natas, o caldo de legumes, a mostarda, sal, pimenta e noz-moscada a gosto, cominhos e umas gotas de molho inglês. Regule 9 minutos, a 100°C, na velocidade 1, Rotação Inversa.</p>
<p>Verifique a cozedura dos legumes e, se necessário, programe mais uns minutos na mesma velocidade e temperatura.</p>
<p>Acrescente a salsa picada e misture com a espátula.</p>
