<p>Aqui fica a receita:</p>
<p><strong>Ingredientes (4 pessoas):</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>4 linguiças</li>
<li>azeite q.b.</li>
<li>1 chávena de espinafres</li>
<li>8 ovos</li>
<li>100 ml de natas</li>
<li>sal e pimenta q.b.</li>
<li>2 chávenas de batata palha</li>
<li>1 chávena de queijo mozarela</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Preparação</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Corte as linguiças às rodelas e frite-as numa frigideira com um fio de azeite até estarem bem coradas. Adicione os espinafres e salteie por mais uns minutos. reserve.</li>
<li>Numa taça, bata os ovos com as natas até obter um preparado homogéneo. Tempere com sal e pimenta.</li>
<li>Num tabuleiro forrado com papel vegetal untado com azeite coloque a batata palha e a linguiça e regue tudo com os ovos batidos.</li>
<li>Polvilhe com queijo e leve ao forno pré-aquecido a 180ºC por cerca de 10 minutos ou até os ovos estarem cozinhados.</li>
<li>Corte a tortilha e sirva de imediato.</li>
