Ficou deliciosa! É uma sugestão que funciona muito bem em qualquer altura do ano.</p>
<p>Aqui fica a receita:</p>
<p><strong>Ingredientes (4 pessoas):</strong></p>
<p>Massa folhada retangular</p>
<p>80 g queijo emmental</p>
<p>60 g manteiga</p>
<p>200 g alho-francês cortado em pedaços</p>
<p>2 dentes de alho</p>
<p>½ colher de chá de sal</p>
<p>1 pitada de pimenta</p>
<p>2 pés de tomilho, só as folhas</p>
<p>100 g cogumelos cortados em quartos</p>
<p>1 gema de ovo</p>
<p><strong>Preparação:</strong></p>
<p>Pré-aqueça o forno a 200º C. Coloque sobre um tabuleiro de forno forrado a papel vegetal, a massa folhada. Com a ajuda de uma faca afiada faça uma incisão (sem atravessar por completo a massa) com uma margem de 4 cm a toda a volta do rectângulo</p>

<p>de massa e reserve.</p>
<p>Coloque no copo o queijo e rale 5 segundos/velocidade 7. Retire e reserve.</p>
<p>No copo limpo coloque a manteiga, o alho-francês, o alho, o sal, a pimenta e o tomilho, pique 5 segundos/velocidade 5 e refogue 15 minutos/ 100ºC/ velocidade 1.</p>
<p>Adicione os cogumelos e salteie 3 minutos/120ºC/ Rotação Inversa/velocidade 1.</p>
<p>Retire, deite sobre a massa folhada tendo o cuidado de não cobrir a margem e guarneça com o queijo. Pincele a margem com a gema de ovo e leve ao forno a 200º C cerca de 20 minutos.</p>
