<p>Experimentei esta receita que encontrei na edição de
fevereiro da revista da Bimby, adaptando-a à Yammi 2. Ficou muito bom!</p>



<p>Aqui fica:</p>



<p><strong>Ingredientes (4
pessoas):</strong></p>



<p><strong>Filetes</strong></p>



<p>Azeite q.b. para untar</p>



<p>4 filetes de pescada</p>



<p>1 colher de chá de sal</p>



<p>1 pitada de pimenta</p>



<p>100 g de sobras de pão seco</p>



<p>1 dente de alho</p>



<p>20 g de mostarda</p>



<p>Folhas de manjerona q.b.</p>



<p><strong>Arroz</strong></p>



<p>35 g de azeite</p>



<p>100 g de cebola cortada em pedaços</p>



<p>100 g de alho-francês cortado em pedaços</p>



<p>2 dentes de alho</p>



<p>1 folha de louro</p>



<p>30 g de vinho branco</p>



<p>30 g de concentrado de tomate </p>



<p>100 g de couve cortada em juliana</p>



<p>800 g de água</p>



<p>1 colher de chá de sal</p>



<p>250 g de arroz carolino</p>



<p><strong>Preparação:</strong></p>



<p><strong>Filetes</strong></p>



<p>Pré-aqueça o forno a 200º C. Unte com azeite um pirex,
disponha os filetes, tempere com o sal e a pimenta e reserve.</p>



<p>Coloque no copo o pão, o alho, a mostarda e a manjerona e
pique 20 segundos/ Velocidade 7. Retire, distribua sobre os filetes e leve ao
forno a 200º C cerca de 20 minutos. </p>



<p><strong>Arroz</strong></p>



<p>Coloque no copo o azeite, a cebola, o alho-francês e o alho,
pique 5 segundos/Velocidade 5 e refogue 5 minutos/120ºC/ Velocidade 1.</p>



<p>Adicione o louro, o vinho, o concentrado de tomate e a couve
e cozinhe 7 minutos/ 100º C/ Rotação Inversa/ Velocidade 1.</p>



<p>Adicione a água, o sal e o arroz, envolva bem com a ajuda da
espátula e cozinhe 16 minutos/ 100º C/ Rotação Inversa /Velocidade 1. Retire,
aguarde 1 minuto e sirva o arroz com os filetes de pescada. </p>
