Decidi experimentar esta receita na Yammi 2 e ficou uma delícia.</p>

<p>Aqui fica a receita:</p>
<p><strong>Ingredientes (6 pessoas):</strong></p>
<p>4 folhas de massa filo</p>
<p>1 queijo ricota</p>
<p>1 embalagem de espinafres</p>
<p>1 cebola</p>
<p>2 dentes de alho</p>
<p>1 ovo</p>
<p>Azeite q.b.</p>
<p>Manteiga derretida q.b.</p>
<p>Noz-moscada q.b.</p>
<p>Sal e pimenta q.b.</p>
<p><strong>Preparação:</strong></p>
<p>Descasque a cebola e os dentes de alho, corte-os em pedaços e deite-os no copo do robot. Adicione um pouco de azeite, ligue 5 segundos na velocidade 5 e depois programe a 100º C, durante 2 minutos na velocidade 1. Retire e reserve.</p>
<p>Coloque no copo limpo o ovo e o queijo ricota e ligue 20 segundos na velocidade 3. Retire para uma tigela e misture com os espinafres. Retifique o sal e a pimenta. Tempere com a noz-moscada e reserve.</p>
<p>Pincele cada folha da massa filo com manteiga derretida. Forre uma forma de aro amovível com duas delas e recheie com o preparado anterior. Cubra com as restantes folhas e leve ao forno pré-aquecido a 180º C até a massa ficar bem douradinha.</p>
