Fiquei curiosa com uma lasanha que não vai ao forno gratinar…Confesso que não gostei muito do resultado final. Apesar de todo o sabor, ficou a faltar aquele toque do queijo derretido e um pouco tostado. Mas, realmente, foi rápida de fazer!</p>

<p>Aqui fica a receita:</p>
<p><strong>Ingredientes (4 pessoas):</strong></p>
<p>12 folhas de lasanha</p>
<p>4 lombos de salmão</p>
<p>sal e pimenta q.b.</p>
<p>1 limão (sumo e raspa)</p>
<p>alho em pó q.b.</p>
<p>azeite q.b.</p>
<p>1 cebola</p>
<p>150 g de espinafres</p>
<p>500 ml de molho bechamel</p>
<p>1 chávena de queijo mozarela ralado</p>
<p><strong>Preparação:</strong></p>
<p>Coza as folhas de lasanha em água a ferver até ficarem bem suaves e amolecidas.</p>
<p>Tempere os lombos de salmão com sal, pimenta, o sumo e a raspa do limão e alho em pó.</p>
<p>Regue-os de seguida com um fio de azeite.</p>
<p>Deixe-os marinar por 10 minutos e grelhe-os até ficarem bem cozinhados.</p>
<p>Desfie os lombos de salmão para uma taça, com a ajuda de um garfo.</p>
<p>Numa frigideira com um fio de azeite, refogue a cebola picada finamente.</p>
<p>Quando estiver tenra, junte os espinafres e cozinhe-os até ficarem suaves.</p>
<p>Adicione o molho bechamel e o queijo mozarela e envolva bem.</p>
<p>Monte a lasanha, alternando as folhas com a mistura de espinafres e salmão.</p>
<p>Sirva de imediato.</p>
