<p><strong>Aqui fica receita: </strong></p>
<p><strong>Ingredientes (4 pessoas):</strong></p>
<p>500 g de gnocchi</p>
<p>1 cebola</p>
<p>2 dentes de alho</p>
<p>Azeite q.b.</p>
<p>3 latas de atum</p>
<p>4 colheres de sopa de molho pesto rosso (vermelho)</p>
<p>Queijo da ilha ralado q.b.</p>
<p>Sal e pimenta q.b.</p>
<p>Cebolinho q.b.</p>
<p><strong>Preparação:</strong></p>
<p>Leve uma panela ao lume com água e sal. Assim que ferver, junte os gnocchi. Quando ficarem a boiar, retire-os com uma escumadeira. Reserve.</p>
<p>Pique a cebola e os dentes de alho e coloque-os numa frigideira regada com o azeite. Quando a cebola começar a ficar translúcida, junte o atum escorrido e tempere com sal e pimenta. Salteie por 2 minutos.</p>
<p>Envolva o molho pesto rosso com os gnocchi cozidos e coloque-os numa travessa. Espalhe o atum por cima e polvilhe com o cebolinho e o queijo da ilha ralado. Leve ao forno pré-aquecido a 180ºC durante cerca de 20 minutos.</p>
