<p>Aqui fica a minha versão:</p>
<p><strong>Ingredientes (6 pessoas):</strong></p>
<p>2 massas quebradas</p>
<p>1 gema batida para pincelar</p>
<p>1 polvo (cerca de 1 kg)</p>
<p>1 cebola</p>
<p>500 g de água</p>
<p>30 g de farinha</p>
<p>Azeite q.b.</p>
<p>Ervas aromáticas q.b. (orégãos, coentros, manjericão e tomilho)</p>
<p>Sal e pimenta branca q.b.</p>
<p>Cominhos q.b.</p>
<p>100 g de rúcula</p>
<p><strong>Preparação:</strong></p>
<p>Coloque o polvo no recipiente para cozinhar a vapor, encaixe no copo com a água, feche e programe a 120º C, durante 60 minutos, na velocidade 2. Retire, corte em pedaços pequenos e reserve.</p>
<p>No copo limpo, deite um pouco de azeite e a cebola descascada e cortada em pedaços. Ligue 5 segundos na velocidade 5. De seguida, junte o tomate e a farinha. Tempere com um pouco de sal, pimenta, cominhos e ervas aromáticas a gosto. Programe 8 minutos, a 100º C, na velocidade 1. Retire, envolva com o polvo e reserve.</p>
<p>Disponha uma das massas sobre uma tarteira. Fala uma camada com a rúcula e coloque por cima o recheio de polvo. Cubra com a outra massa folhada e una os bordos. Pincele com a gema batida e leve ao forno pré-aquecido a 180º C, entre 35 a 40 minutos. Acompanhe com uma salada.</p>
