I have a question for you. What is the difference between drugstore make up and expensive designer  makeup? The answer is only obvious: quality. What I wonder is what makes the quality so much better. Is it a secret ingredient?  Or maybe not so secret, but pricier?  Hence, the higher price to consumer.  I am going to look this up right now.
