<li>Healthcare</li>
<li>Financial Reform</li>
<li>Energy/Climate Legislation</li>
</ol>
<p>I guess it&#8217;s a shame that the first one <a href="http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2009/08/15/obamas-push-health-care-reform-use-political-capital/">used up all political capital</a>, the second <a href="http://baselinescenario.com/2010/06/21/dead-on-arrival-financial-reform-fails/">hasn&#8217;t changed any fundamentals</a>, and the third is <a href="http://thehill.com/blogs/e2-wire/677-e2-wire/139483-with-climate-bill-dead-obama-faces-pressure-from-greens-on-address">dead in the water</a>.</p>
