<p>All adult volunteers in our parish are required to submit a completed Volunteer Registration Form (available at the back of church or here: <strong><a title="Volounteers Registration form" href="https://luxparish.files.wordpress.com/2017/10/volounteers-registration-form.pdf">Volunteer Registration Form</a></strong>), along with the two <i>casier judiciaire</i> documents (details on the form). These should be submitted to a member of our Safeguarding Group: Denise Blake, or Fr Ed. All completed forms are held securely and treated with complete discretion. Thank you for your cooperation in this important matter.</p>
