<p>TLC released their 3rd studio album, <em>FanMail</em>, on February 23, 1999 after a 5 year hiatus. The album debuted at #1 on the Billboard 200 and Top R&amp;B/Hip Hop Albums charts with over 300,000 sold in the first week. The album was nominated for 8 Grammys at the 42nd Annual show and won Best R&amp;B Performance by Duo or Group with Vocal, Best R&amp;B Song for &#8216;No Scrubs&#8217; and Best R&amp;B Album. By 2000 the album was certified 6x platinum by the RIAA and became their second best selling album.</p>
<p>The album featured 17 tracks with hits &#8216;Stupid Ho,&#8217; &#8216;No Scrubs,&#8217; and &#8216;Unpretty.&#8217;</p>
