So I’m always on the lookout for tips to be more successful. It’s never really all that easy, but list in Seven Secrets to Success (Leadership Freak) offers some good ideas. Some tidbits:

Never minimize the pain and frustration of others.
Don’t talk about it unless you have a plan to do something about it.
Spend more time affirming than correcting.
