<p>There are pros and cons to working in two different libraries, of course. Perhaps the biggest advantage is that you are able to pay your bills! But I&#8217;m sure it can also be confusing and challenging, to say the least.  In <a href="http://letterstoayounglibrarian.blogspot.com/2015/04/living-double-life-of-dual-library.html" target="_blank">Living the Double Life of a Dual-Library Librarian</a>, Brianna Hoffman shares her experiences. Just take a look at that calendar!</p>
<p>For those of you on the other side of the coin, if you hire someone who also works at another library, I encourage you to be understanding and supportive of those in this situation. There are pros and cons for you too.</p>
