I&#8217;ve told you this before. <!--more--></p>
<p>And for the most part, we don&#8217;t even <em>like</em> these meetings! So why do we have them? <a href="http://seapointcenter.com/stop-holding-meetings-that-dont-matter/" target="_blank">Stop Holding Meetings That Don&#8217;t Matter</a> suggests that most meetings are held to share information. But surprise, surprise, meetings are <em>not</em> the best way to share information! Instead, &#8220;the only good reason for a team to meet is to build and tap into collective wisdom.&#8221;</p>
