We are human. <!--more-->But sometimes it makes sense to look back and see if there was something we could have done differently. According to Jesse Lyn Stoner (<a href="http://seapointcenter.com/why-smart-people-make-dumb-decisions/" target="_blank">Why Smart People Make Dumb Decisions</a>), understanding why you ignored the warning signs can help you avoid repeating mistakes. Her list of 8 reasons we make dumb choices/decisions was helpful to me. I know I&#8217;ve made mistakes for some of these reasons, and I&#8217;m going to try to be more tuned into them in the future.</p>
