<p>Today&#8217;s lesson is on humility. True, as a boss, a director, a leader, you have to be strong and not let others &#8220;push you around.&#8221; But that doesn&#8217;t mean that you can&#8217;t also be humble, which includes acknowledging your shortcomings, owning your mistakes, and learning from others.</p>
<p>I like the idea of treating humiliation as a wake-up call, or even a &#8220;gift,&#8221; if you will. The wise and talented Jesse Lyn Stoner says it so much better than I can in <a href="http://seapointcenter.com/the-gift-of-humiliation/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">The Gift of Humiliation</a>, in which she offers some good advice on harnessing humiliation and turning it into success.</p>
