Komsomolskaya Pravda titled: “Did the Americans stage the terror attack in Paris?” The article presented several statements the the attacks might have organised.

Zhilin, leader of the pro-Kremlin Moscow Centre for the Study of Applied Problems, stated that the attacks were a retribution against President Hollande for asking the EU to lift sanctions against Russia. He called the attacks “a quick fix for consolidating” US and EU geopolitical interests against Russia.

Several statements stressed that most terror attacks in the years following 9/11 were most certainly orchestrated by US-networks.
Alexei Martynov, the head of the  think-tank International Institute for New States stated:
“For the last 10 years, so-called Islamist terrorism has been under the control of one of the world’s leading intelligence agencies. I am sure that people in the US are responsible for the terror attacks in Paris, or in any case the Islamists who carried them out.”
