The Steam (PC) page for Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy has been updated to confirm just ahead of the release day that Achievements and Trading Cards will be included with the purchase of the game on there. There is no preloading option yet for the game but that’s yet to be seen since the other ports already let you.
