On the main menu hold L1 + R1 (or whatever the equivalent is) and press:

(Xbox One) Down, Up, Down, Down, Right, Up, Down, Right, Y, Down
(Nintendo Switch) Down, Up, Down, Down, Right, Up, Down, Right, X, Down
