This mod is only compatible with the NTSC-U version of the game. Tutorial:

1) Create a backup of your game first. You will be modifying the contents of the game, so always maintain a copy of the original game saved.
2) Open your new NTSC-U game with an .bin extract file. I personally use and recommend UltraISO.
3) Replace the file SCUS_944.26 with the new SCUS_944.26 that you downloaded.
4) Save your ROM and enjoy the new game!
