Impmon was my favorite part of Digimon Tamers. I’m just a sucker for a good antagonist. He wasn’t a straight up villain and that gave him more opportunities to show off his personality. Antagonists tend to be deeply flawed people and that sort of complexity makes them really interesting characters.
