I work next to a school. There’s a tall hedge between us. The other day I was out in the parking lot when recess was called. I could hear the kids come out from behind the hedge. One of them, I kid you not, yelled out “I’m finally free!” and then shouted a prolonged “Freedom!” I couldn’t see it, but I could hear the sound of his voice as it traveled across the yard. Brought a smile to my face.
