Usually when you buy noodles, they’re dry and hard. Well I just tried fresh noodles for the first time and they’re so different. They’re kind of soft and chewy and a little sticky. I guess that might be how I prepared them. I’d never cooked a meal with fresh noodles before, but I would definitely eat them again. Like, have you had gnocchi? It’s kind of like that but noodly.
