I love the base building aspect of Tensei Slime. It’s something that I’ve always had a lot of fun with in games but isn’t a common topic in shows about games. It’s great to watch Rimuru teach and interact with the goblins and see how their civilization grows over time. I’m a little worried that they might gloss over this part of the show that makes it unique in season 2 just because base building is kind of opposed to the traditional hero’s quest.
