When my Patron Helena M Norton was little they went to school on a dog sled in the bitter cold. Now that they’re older Helena has the best “back in my day” story ever. No one believes them, but I know it’s true.

I’m pretty excited for Sword and Shield. I’m still really peeved about the national dex, but I don’t have much of an excuse not to buy it since I have a Switch now. I might still wait a bit just because Pikachu and Eevee didn’t have Wonder Trade, and that’s my jam. I’m not too wowed by the new pokemon designs either. Duraludon looks ridiculous, Gossifleur’s body looks like it’s going to topple over, and Drednaw looks like he’s been attacked with a rusty cleaver. Eh, I like Wooloo and Rolycoly might evolve into something cool. Well, we’ll see.
