My Patron, Kerianne is a relatively small living mountain in the Pinkstaff range. Recently, their family decided to build a small road to allow humans to visit. Some of the older mountains are absolutely appalled, but Kerianne thinks the change could be exciting.

My brother and I stitched this pattern a couple years ago for my mom. She collects tree topper angels of different ethnicities. They’re kind of rare in the US since our cultural vision of an angel is almost always a blond white woman. So I altered one of my older patterns to be a black mermaid for her.
