<p>O primeiro, fala-nos sobre a origem  de determinadas receitas do âmbito internacional. Nomeadamente, a história de molhos, bolos,vinhos, queijos, vários tipos de massas na pastelaria, etc. É muito interessante e viável.</p>
<p>Já o segundo, também enciclopédico, abrange mais o conceito das bases da Cozinha Francesa. Tem todo o tipo de regras e métodos de como executar,determinado método de confecção, à maneira francesa. Para os begginers&#8230;acreditem que este é um enorme aliado!</p>
