This handy flow chart tells you what decisions to make when you fee overwhelmed by your emotions and you don’t know what to do. I suggest that practitioners use the chart in conjunction with his book, Emotional Rescue: How to work with your emotions to transform hurt and confusion into energy that empowers you, which is available in hardcover from Penguin Random House, Inc. and at Amazon.ca for $34.60 Cdn; Audio CD for $38.00. A Kindle version is available at Amazon.ca for $18.99. I am waiting for the softcover myself, which should be out next year.
