<![CDATA[Vimilasara: True Refuge in Dangerous Times]]>Tricycle is allowing free viewing of video teachings by 13 Buddhists of colour Throughout the month of February. Vimilasara’s teaching on creating ‘true refuge’ for Buddhists of colour, and others marginalized and persecuted by white supremacy, is presented in its entirety. Especially engaging is her ‘parable of the hummingbird and the forest fire’ which teaches that every act of compassion, no matter how small, can make a difference in these dangerous times.
